This Site is operated by ProformaFi and our goal is to provide information about our company, the services and products we provide to clients, and our online, mobile and virtual applications (together with the Site, the “Services”) to our Service visitors (“you”, “your”). No ProformaFi trademarks nor trade dress may be used in connection with any product or service, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits ProformaFi. All other trademarks not owned by ProformaFi or its partners, affiliates or subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by ProformaFi or its subsidiaries.
Aggregated Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of ProformaFi, we conduct research on its customer demographics, interests and behaviors based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and ProformaFi may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents, vendors and business partners. When this Policy Applies
This Privacy Policy applies to all the services offered by ProformaFi and its affiliates and services offered on third-party sites. This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy policy does not apply to (1) the information practices of other companies and organizations that use our services; and (2) services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites they offer that may include ProformaFi’s services.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information
ProformaFi is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice including:

We collect your information when you apply for financing, provide us with information related to your income employment history, account or give us your contact information. Exclusions
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by ProformaFi other than Personal Data collected through the Site nor does it apply to any unsolicited information that you provide to ProformaFi or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site, such as forums, ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). Children
ProformaFi does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Site.
